The growing need for Operational Sustainability in Properties has been driven by the increasing costs of energy and an ever upward demand for the fundamental utilities that driver our society. Coupled with increased Regulation and the looming Carbon Tax laws, Zamatech had developed skills focussed on energy actions programs for substantial energy users.

Compiling and review all sources of energy consumption,

Review and classify each facility in consultation,

Develop common baseline criteria to which metering systems can be meaningfully referenced
Create energy assessment programme,

Commence and undertake energy assessment process,

Present energy assessment reports and improvement opportunities found for review and approval,

Development of an ongoing online energy reporting process to continually measure the effectiveness of the initiatives.
